Keyword targets, not product packages
Each specific product–keyword pair is one target. The tier counts targets in the current quote only. One product with five keywords counts as five targets. Separate orders are not automatically aggregated. All published amounts include VAT.
Estimated timing and unsuccessful campaigns
7–30 days is an estimate, not a guarantee. No meaningful improvement after 30 days allows cancellation without a ranking fee or cancellation penalty. With meaningful progress, an agreed extension may run up to 90 days. An unsuccessful target at the agreed end does not earn a one-time ranking fee. The improvement threshold and verification crossing day 90 must be defined in your written agreement. Any approved maintenance refund allows up to 30 days of processing; the event starting that clock still needs approval.
Optional maintenance, a separate decision
The earned ranking fee includes the remainder of the calendar month in which seven-day verification finishes. Optional, prepaid maintenance starts on the first day of the next calendar month. It is never automatically selected. Renewal and cancellation notice terms must be agreed separately.
Cancellation and maintenance adjustments need review
The proposed voluntary early-cancellation charge is 50% of the one-time fee in total, with no deposit to deduct. The no-improvement and unsuccessful-campaign exceptions override it. Enforceability requires legal review; no penalty is collected automatically. Maintenance adjustment proposals require review after 14 consecutive days in positions 4–7, or more than seven days worse than position 7. The Top 5 fallback price, measurement, precedence and refund scope are not yet approved; no automatic refunds are active.
